1st Marquis de Beau Rond Sauvignon Blanc 2021 980 yen
I felt clear fruits, nice citrus and good minerals.
The taste and flavor were pure and natural.
I am sure again that this Sauvignon Blanc is a very fine white wine.
This one got very high reputations at the food show yesterday.
2nd Estezargues Organic Côtes du Rhône Blanc 2021 1580 yen
The second bottle was a white wine, too.
It made from mainly Grenache Blanc grown in South Rhone by organic method.
It is fermented with wild yeast without sulfur.
I felt concentrated fruits, good acidity and strong minerals.
Even though it has high alcohol, the style is really elegant.
It was very good for the pork & apple today.
