I bought a fresh bonito at near supermarket.
I cooked Bonito Rice Bowl for lunch.
It was delicious!
I also cooked dinner.

The estate winery is owned by Lieubeau, which is my favorite producer in Loire.
It is the second sample bottole of Muscadet, the top cuvee of the winery.

It is really outstanding!
I love this beautiful citrus, apple, honey, mint, flowers and minerals.
I am sure it is the best Muscadet in my life.

It was also amazingly fine Pinot Noire!
I felt impressive fresh aroma, delicious red berries, elegant tannin, charming acidity and long-comfortable after taste.
I was always moved a lot when taste.
I strongly want you to try this excellent Pinot Noire if you are fun of Burgundy.
