It was a very cold day.
We have returned to a deep of winter.
I cooked Kimuchi-Nabe.
Very good!
1st Pangolin Sauvignon Blanc 2022 980 yen
I thought I should chose some solid style white wine for Kimuchi-Nabe.
Then I chose this one.
It is made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc grown in Western Cape in South Africa.
I felt clean fruits and pure citrus.
A slight green pepper nuance makes wine a
solid style.
It was very good for Kimuchi-Nabe.
I tasted this one at the first time recently.
I was sure again that Pangolin is a very good wine.
I tasted wine only this one today.
Then I tasted some glasses of sake.
