High-Class Wagyu Beef

Time flies by, and it’s already February.

 

I cooked Yakiniku BBQ dinner.

 

 

I was generous and bought a high-class Wagyu Beef.

Very nice!

 

 

 

1st Kobe Reserva Chardonnay Non-Filteration 2021  3500 yen

It is made from 100% Chardonnay grown in Kobe.

I supervised this wine produce, which is a collaboration project by Kobe Wine and Hakutsuru Sake Brewery.

I sometimes check the maturing condition of this one.

Because of the non-filterd wine, I saw some sediments and turbidness.

However, the taste and flavor were really pure and clean.

I felt rich fruits, fine citrus and good minerals.

It was very good for Yakiniku BBQ today.

Very good!

 

 

2nd Audacia Merlot 2020  4400 yen Sample Tasting

I checked this new arrival again.

I tasted the other arrivals on 29th January.

It is made from 100% Merlot grown in Stellenbosch South Africa and produced using Rooibos and Honeybush plants instead of sulfur.

I felt impressive-fresh red berries.

I also felt rich body, seamless tannin and tender mouthfeel.

It was very good for Yakiniku BBQ today.

I was sure that it is a very fine non-sulfur wine.
