1st William Fevre Chablis Fourchaume 2018
I wanted to taste any expensive wine tonight with no reason.
Then I opened this Chablis 1er Cru.
I rarely taste Chablis 1er Cru personally.
Accidentally, there was this one in my cellar.
Well, it was very tasty.
I felt elegant fruits, fine citrus and clean minerals.
It was a typical expensive Chablis style.
I like this one except the cost performance.
2nd Chateau Mercian Mariko Merlot Block 1. 2019
It is made from 100% Merlot grown in the oldest block of the estate vineyards in Mariko Nagano.
You can buy this one only the cellar door of the winery.
I felt big fruits structure, fine acidity, sold tannin and long after taste.
The style is the typical Mercian’s fine Merlot.
I tasted expensive red and white wine tonight.
