I got a local-fresh fish.
I cook it sashimi.
Very good!
It was a full moon night.
I tasted wine under the moonlight after the dinner.
1st Ancola Pinot Grigio 2020 1000 yen
The vintage has changed to 2020 and the label has changed, too.
I like this Pinot Grigio made in Lombardia very much.
I felt very nice fruits, acidity and minerals.
The taste was very pure and natural.

2nd Ancola Montepulciano d’Abruzzo 2020 1000 yen
It is made from 100% Montepulciano grown in Abruzzo.
The grapes picked up for old vines are fermented by wild yeast.
I felt very nice black berries, mild tannin and big volume mouthfeel.
Ancola produces very good red wines, too.
It has a very high cost performance.
