I went to Toranomon and had a lunch business meeting at Le Petit Tonneau.
I met Mr. Thomas Bucher, who is the new sales manager of Boutinot, which is the sales agent of Araldica Wine.
I had a big lunch salad.
It was very nice!
After the lunch and meeting, we visit to Cave de Relax.
I took a memorial photo with Thomas at the front of Araldica bottles.
I found that Thomas is a son of some famous family winery in Alsace.
We found we have same acquaintances each other.
It’s a small world.
After I came home, it was today’s sashimi.
1st Oriol Rossell Xino-Xano Xarel-lo Muscat 2020 1300 yen
It is made from 85% Xarel-lo and 15% Muscat grown in the estate vineyard in Penedes by organic method.
I felt very clean fruits, nice acidity and fine minerals.
It is one of the purest wines in Relax Wines.
I like this one very much.
So tasty!
2nd Oriol Rossell Xino-Xano Merlot Syrah 2020 1300 yen
It is made from 70% Merlot and 30% Syrah grown in the estate vineyard in Penedes by organic method.
I felt very good harmony of cute red berries and charming black berries.
I also felt mild tannin and good mouthfeel.
The taste was very elegant.
I tasted this one with chilled temperature.
Very good!
