I had a dinner at Sushi Sato in Shin-Yurigaoka.
It was the third time I had had a dinner here.
Sato accepted BYO today.
I was very happy.
Why the sashimi was so delicious!
The freshness was quite different!
They were amazingly delicious!
The grilled fish was also outstanding.
Sushi was fabulous, marvelous!
Why such delicious they were?
It was far outstanding!!
1st Funky Chateau Pinot Gris 2020 3850 yen
I brought this fine Japan white wine.
It is made from 100% Pinot Gris grown in the estate vineyard located at 600m altitude in Nagano.
Some wine professional told me that the winery was the number one ranking in Japan.
The bottle of Funky Chateau is very difficult to find now.
Accidently, I could get this one before.
I wanted to taste this super wine with fine sushi dishes.
That’s perfect!!
I felt very pure and clean fruits, so nice acidity and super-fine minerals.
I felt the flavor of peach, melon, honey, green tea, minerals, etc.
I think it is one of the top Pinot Gris wines I have ever tasted.
It was definitely very good for Sashimi and sushi.
2nd Funky Chateau Pinot Noir 2017 5500 yen
It is a Pinot Noir. It is a definitely Pinot Noir.
It is the Pinot Noir I always want to taste.
I was born to meet such nice Pinot Noir.

Such gorgeous Pinot Noir was produced in Nagano.
It had a perfect Pinot Noir style for the color, the aroma, the fruits, the acidity, the mouthfeel, the after taste, etc.
It is one off the best Pinot Noir in Japan.
The price is very reasonable, too.
