I did the new buds and vine tops control for Cabernet Sauvignon in my garden.
I made new tall palings.
I hope I did a good job.
Then I cooked dinner, Yakiniku BBQ.

1st Domaine Pech Pouille Blanc 2019 1150 yen
It is made from 90% Sauvignon Blanc and 10% Chardonnay grown in Languedoc by sustainable method.
At first, I felt some reductive smell but it went away soon.
Then I felt pure fruits, nice citrus and good minerals.
It is a very clean style white wine but also has a nice body.
I like this one very much.
2nd Domaine Bersan Bourgogne Cotes d’Auxerre Rouge Cuvee Louis Bersan 2019
It is made from 100% Pinot Noir grown in Saint- Bris in Burgundy by organic method.
Saint-Bris is located at the northern limit in Burgundy.
The style of wine is very elegant thanks of the cool climate and the lime soil.
I felt very charming red berries, nice acidity and good minerals.
It is the most favorite style of Burgundy for me.
Very, very good!
