I was tired of many paper works today.
Cooking sashimi is always my job.

1st Cescon Ribolla Gialla NV 1100 yen
It is made from 100% Ribolla Gialla grown in Veneto Italy by sustainable method.
Ribolla Gialla is often used for the orange wine making.
But this one is a fresh and fruity white wine.
I felt pure fruits, good citrus and fine minerals.
It’s so tasty.
It was very good for sashimi today.
2nd Cescon Roboso del Veneto NV 1100 yen
Raboso is a local grape variety in Veneto.
It is one of the longest sellers in Relax Wine.
At first, I felt some reductive nuance.
But it disappeared soon then I felt charming red berries and good acidity.
The mouthfeel was very comfortable.
