I got a fresh Meji-Maguro at Odakyu OX Shin-Yurigaoka.

 

 

 

 

It is a baby of Hon-Maguro but an enough big size.

 

 

 

 

I cooked it well.

 

 

 

 

Then I cooked Temaki-Sushi.

 

 

 

 

The Maguro was outstanding!

 

 

 

 

 

Obuse Wine Sogga Pere & Fils Sauvignon Blanc 2020

I chose this my favorite Sauvignon Blanc for the fine Temaki-Sushi.

It is made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc grown in Domaine Kakuto in Takayama Nagano.

I tasted this one at the third time.

Also, I was moved a lot.

I love this pure mouthfeel, elegant fruits,

beautiful acidity and impressive minerals.

I am sure again that it is a very special cuvée.

It was very good for the Temaki-Sushi today.

 

I drank up the whole bottle quickly.

 

I have decided I could drink only one bottle of wine per day.

However, carelessly, I haven’t decided about sake.

Then I tasted some glasses of my fovarite sake, Momokawa Junmai Nebuta.

Very nice!
