Almost all leaves of Cabernet in my garden felt down.

 

 

 

 

Finally, I decided to pick up the grape clusters.

 

 

 

 

I surprised at having the big cluster.

 

 

 

 

They were very sweet!

 

 

 

 

The vine looked lonely.

 

 

 

 

I will keep taking care the vine very much.

 

 

No Wine Day

I went to Sibuya to join in some business meeting.

I came here for the first time in a very long while.

I was surprised at seeing many, many people.

 

 

 

 

Also, I was surprised at seeing that Miyashita Park changed to building.

Long time!

 

 

I could drink only one bottle of wine, as well.

 

 

 

 

Feudo Antico Tullum Pecorino 2018  Sample tasting

It is a counterpart of the Montepulciano I tasted the day before yesterday.

The red wine was so nice and this white wine is also very nice.

It is made from 100% Pecorino, a local variety in Abruzzo, grown by organic method.

It was fermented by wild yeast and bottled with non-filtered, too.

 

The color was gold.

At first, I felt slight reductive smell but it disappeared soon.

Then I felt big volume of fruits like a melon and pear.

I also felt some black berries flavor like a prune, which a good red wine often has.

The style is truly pure and natural.

This white wine is very good, too.

The sticker price is 2190 yen.

If I make the price, it will be 2500 yen.

It has such value, I think.
