I had a Sukiyaki dinner today.
It was very nice.
1st al & dile Pinot Grigio 2018. 1650 yen
It is made from 100% Pinot Grigio grown in Veneto by the sustainable method.
For me, it is difficult to find the white flowery aroma.
But I could find easily the white flower with this one.
The style is truly pure and natural.
I like the good fruits, nice citrus and fine minerals.
Because it has a rich body, it is very good for Sukiyaki tonight.

It is made from 100% Pinot Noir grown in Veneto by the sustainable method, too.
This red wine is always very tasty.
It has all of the good flavors which I want to taste with Pinot Noir.
It doesn’t have any bad flavors which I don’t want to taste with Pinot Noir.
It is a truly fine-elegant Pinot Noir.
Because it has very delicate tastes, Sukiyaki might be too much heavy.
I should choose al & dile Merlot, shouldn’t l?
