I cooked a plate of sashimi.
The sashimi today was outstanding!
1st Obuse Winery Sauvignon Blanc Ordinaire 2020
I wanted to taste some fine wine which was very good for the special sashimi today.
Then I opened this my favorite Japan wine.
It is made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc grown in Kakuto Vineyards in Takayama Nagano.
It is an amazingly tasty Sauvignon Blanc.
I love the crispy aroma, deep-elegant fruits, very fine citrus and impressive minerals.
The style is outstandingly pure and natural.
I think I was born to taste such wonderful wine.
Fortunately, I found this one at some wine shop and bought three bottles
I always say the price of this one is too much reasonable.
But the price helps me a lot in this time.
2nd Cescon Raboso del Veneto NV 1100 yen
Initially, I was going to open some Japan red wine but I couldn’t find the right one in my cellar.
I wanted to choose some easy taste red wine.
The I opened this one.
It is made by 100% Raboso, a local grape in north Italy, grown in Veneto by sustainable method.
I felt comfortable fruits, good acidity, light tannin and easy mouthfeel.
The taste was very common, very good.
I like expensive wines.
But I prefer such easy wine for everyday drinking.
