I cooked a cold pasta using the leftover of the bruschetta last night.
Unexpectedly, it was very delicious!
In the evening, I had a Izakaya Menu dinner.
Very good!
1st Takahata Wine Yoshi Sparkling Pinot Chardonnay 2020 1800 yen
This sparkling wine is made from 56.3% Chardonnay, 34.9% Pinot Blanc and 8.8% Pinot Noir grown in Takahata, Yamagata.
The percent indication is detailed, isn’t it?
Because the Pinot Noir was produced as red wine, the color is slight pink.
I felt very fresh citrus and charming red berries.
The babbles were crispy and elegant.
This clean style is a typical character of the winery.
I ‘m sure again that the Takahata sparkling wine is very fine.
2nd Fujicco Winery Fujiclair Merlot 2019 2020 yen
It is made from 100% Merlot grown in the estate vineyard in Katsunuma and contacted farm in Yamanashi.
I felt fine fruits, fresh acidity and delicate tannin.
The mouthfeel was very pure and sharp.
The taste was very dry but also soft and elegant.
It was very good for every dish tonight.
It was produced only 782 bottles.
I bought a few bottles at the winery web shop.
It was the last one.
I drank up!
