I got a very fine-fresh fish caught at the local sea.

 

 

 

 

I cooked it sashimi.

 

 

 

 

It was outstandingly nice!

 

 

 

 

Also I got fine sea urchins.

 

 

 

 

They were amazingly delicious!

 

 

 

 

1st La Croix Gratiot Rose 2019  1580 yen

I chose a rose wine for the pairing with sashimi today.

It is made from Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah grown in Languedoc by sustainable method.

I call this one “The best rose in the world”.

Because it is the best rose in the world, the taste was amazingly delicious.

It was very, very good for sashimi today.

 

 

2nd Estezargues Organic Cotes du Rhone Rouge 2019  1300 yen

It is made from Grenach, Syrah and Cinsault grown in South Rhone by organic method.

It has very concentrated fruits, dense acidity and deep tannins.

However, I put a lot of ice cubes into the glass and the taste changed to very fresh, cool and fruity.

 

 

 

 

Because the taste is very pure and natural even though full-bodied, this red wine can accept ice cubes.

Very refreshing!!
