I cooked a pasta at lunch using “Owani Mame Miyashita”, which is a local vegetable I bought in Aomori.

 

 

 

 

It was very nice.

 

 

I had a Yakiniku BBQ at dinner.

 

 

 

 

It was very nice, too.

 

 

 

 

1st Palazzi Catarratto 2019  950 yen

It is made from 100% Catarratto grown in Sicilia.

The taste is really pure and clean.

I felt clear fruits, nice citrus and minerals.

I didn’t feel any bad taste or flavor.

It was so tasty.

 

 

2nd Palazzi Nero D’Avola 2018  950 yen

The red wine is made in Sicilia, too.

The standard style of Nero D’Avola is dark and heavy.

But this one is light and charming.

I felt nice red fruits, fine acidity and mild tannin.

The taste was pure and cool.

I tasted this one by the cold temperature.

It is very good for summer drinking.

Also, It was very good for Yakiniku BBQ today.
