1st Cescon Ribolla Gialla NV  1100 yen

It is made from 100% Ribolla Gialla grown in Veneto by sustainable farming.

I felt very pure fruits, clean citrus and fine minerals.

The taste was very fresh and crispy.

I didn’t feel any bad taste disturbing my palate.

It is a so cute and nice white wine.

It was very good for such humid night.

 

 

2nd Cescon Cabernet NV  1100 yen

It is made from 50% Cabernet Sauvignon and 50% Cabernet Franc grown in Veneto by sustainable farming.

The standard image of Cabernet is dark and heavy, isn’t it?

But this one is light and elegant.

I felt charming fruits, elegant acidity, light tannin and easy mouthfeel.

The style was very cool.

It was very good for such humid night, too.

 

 

By the way, daimajo-sama told me that you snored a lot recently.

Then I was going to have an examination of the night breathing.
