While I had a walk near my home, I found a cherry tree in full blooming.
Beautiful!
I cooked dinner, Temaki-Sushi.
It is the first Temaki-Sushi in one month half.
Very good!
1st Vignoble Canet Picpoul de Pinet 2017 1518 yen
It is made from 100% Picpoul grown in Languedoc.
I felt rich fruits, fine citrus and nice minerals.
It showed a very good maturing taste.
Very good!
2nd J. Lohr Hilltop Cabernet Sauvignon 2017 5170 yen
It is the top cuvee of the winery in Paso Robles.
Because I tasted light and elegant style wines only recently, I wanted to taste some big wine.
Then I opened this one.
It was a typical style of a great California Cabernet Sauvignon.
I felt gorgeous fruits, concentrated acidity, massive tannin and very long after taste.
Even though it is a very big wine, it is very good for Temaki-Sushi.
