I saw a lot of egrets at the Tsurumi River while I did the daily running.
I also saw a cute alcedo at the creek near my home.
I was happy.
I had a nice Oden dinner cooked by daimajo-sama.

Finally, we have received the new arrivals of this Languedoc rose which was out of stock for a while.
The vintage has changed to 2019.
I am sure again that this rose is an amazingly delicious one.
I love the outstandingly pure fruits, beautiful red acidity and super fine minerals.
The taste is tremendously pure and natural.
I want to taste this one every day.

I love this Pinot Noir!
I felt the concentrated fruits, deep flavor and outstandingly elegant mouthfeel.
All of the factors of taste, which are fruits, acidity, tannin, mineral, etc., make a very good balance at the very high position.
I am sure again that it is a super fine Pinot Noir.
