I went to Kooriyama in Fukushima today.
I organized a wine display seminar in Christmas season for the members of staff in York Benimaru.
Mr. Oyamada in Cave de Relax lectured how to display wine as usual.
Every student studied and worked very hard.
Finally, we got a big success.
Very good job!
In the evening, I organized a wine party at “Entei San”, a popular Japanese restaurant in Kooriyama.
My wine friends in Fukushima gathered there.
The theme tonight was Languedoc Wine.
We studied them very hard.
The today’s special was Fukushima Farmer’s Dream Wine Buvette de Kohata 2015.
It was made local grape variety, Yama Sauvignon and Fuji no Yume.
It was the first time for me.
I felt impressive red acidity and nice fruits.
Tasty!
We drank well, ate well, talked well and laughed well, very well.
It was a very nice party.
