I cooked dinner.
Because of a very cold day, I cooked Nabe at the first time in this sesson.
I took a soup from chicken by boiling for eight hours. Delicious!
1st Clotilde Davenne Bourgogne Blanc 2013 2300 yen I didn’t know the winery.
I bought this because I saw a our buyer’s recommend mark for this.
Well, it is a very fine Burgundy white.
I felt concentrated-fine fruits, elegant acidity and long-comfortable after taste.
A good Burgundy is very good! Delicious!
2nd Domaine Parent Bourgogne Pinot Noir 2012 2700 yen
I have never find a bad wine in Domaine Parent AOC Bourgogne.
As the name has Domaine, all grapes grown in their estate vineyards.
Then the grapes are from Volnay, Pommard or some of fine vineyards.
That’ the reason why this Pinot is so fine.
There are all tastes I want to find with Burgundy red.
Do I need not any expensive Burgundy reds as long as I can get this?
Well… I want to drink expensive Pinots, too.
