I cooked dinner, Temaki-Sushi.
I cut up several fresh fishes, as well.
I did a very good job!

It is made from 50% Chardonnay and 50% Sauvignon Blanc grown in Loire by organic method.
I like the tremendously clean fruits, fine citrus and comfortable minerals very much.
What a pure and natural white wine is this!
I think it has an outstandingly high cost performance.
Super delicious!
2nd Alpha Loire Pate de Chat Pinot Noir 2018 1450 yen + tax
It is made for 100% Pinot Noir grown in Loire by organic method, too.
The color is dark and taste is concentrated as northern Pinot Noir.
I felt very rich redberries and fine acidity.
I also felt very clean mouthfeel and comfortable after taste.
It has a very high cost performance, too.
It was very good for Sushi today.
