1st Chase the Grape Sauvignon Blanc 2019 5000 yen
It is made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc grown in the estate vineyards of Denton View Hill Vineyard in Yarra Valley.
It is the first produce wine of Dai NAITO, who is the winemaker & my son.
It took one year since I had received this one by air.
Then I would like to check it.
Fortunately, It is no problem.
The taste is getting better, I think.
I felt rich fruits, elegant acidity, nice mineral and very natural mouthfeel.
He did a good job.
