I visited to Jindaiji, my favorite temple in Chofu.
I had a nice soba lunch near the temple.
By the way to home, I dropped by “Liquor Morisawa”, a popular Bio Wine Shop in Tama.
I bought several Bio wines according to the recommendation of the shop.
1st Roncaie sui Lieviti Menti 2018 2380 yen + tax
I bought this one at Liquor Morisawa today.
It is made from 100% Garganega grown in Veneto Italy.
It is made by a strict Bio wine method, which is using wild yeasts and no adding SO2.
The wine looked turbid but the taste was very pure and clean.
I don’t feel any bad smell and taste.
I felt ripe fruits, nice citrus and very comfortable mouthfeel.
Even though alcohol degree is low, only 9%, the taste is very solid.
It is a very delicious Bio wine.
2nd Kmetija Stekar MALI 2019 2680 yen + tax
I bought this one at Liquor Morisawa, too.
It is made from 100% Merlot grown in Nova Gorica, Slovenia.
The village is located at the borderline of Friuli Italy.
There is Radikon Winery, a very popular orange wine producer in Friuli, near this winery.
The winery also produces orange wine but this one is a still bio red wine.
The taste is very natural, easy and elegant.
I felt very ripe grape nuance, nice acidity and elegant tannin.
It is a very good bio wine, too.
Thank you very much for recommending great wines, Morisawa-san!
