I took an annual health checking today.
The reason why I took two no wine days is that.
Then I treated myself by Sukiyaki-Dinner.

1st Chateau d’Antugnac Terres Amoureuses 2016 2200 yen + tax
Chateau d’Antugnac is owned by Collovray & Terrier, which is a popular winery in Burgundy.
It is made from 85% Chardonnay and 15% Mouzac grown in the estate vineyards in Limoux Languedoc.
I felt very aromatic scent from Mouzac and very rich fruits flavor from Chardonnay.
The style is similar some very fine Burgndy white wine.
Very, very good!
2nd Chateau de Montfaucon Lirac 2015 2200 yen + tax
Lirac is located in south Cotes du Rhone and the next village of Tavel, where is famous for rose wine.
It is made from Syrah, Grenache, Carignan, Cinsault and Mourvedre grown in the estate vineyards by natural farming.
It is made by a skill of craftsman of Rudi, who is the owner of the winery.
I felt very, very elegant fruits and airy mouthfeel.
It is a really comfortable red wine.
So delicious!
