1st Ajimu Wine Albarino 2019  3,200 yen

I bought this one at the winery last month.

I think it is a complete chef-d’oeuvre.

Albarino is a local grape in Galicia Spain.

The grape is strong for high-temperature and humidity.

Then it is a good grape variety for Japan, they say.

For me, it is the best Albarino in Japan.

It is difficult to find such high quality Albarino even in Spain, I think.

I love the elegant-pure fruits, cool-elegant citrus, super-fine minerals.

Because Ajim Wine doesn’t use any sugar for wine making, the alcohol degree is low, 11.5%.

But I felt very rich body, too.

Super delicious!  ★★★★★!!

 

 

2nd Ajimu Wine Tempranillo 2016  2,900 yen

I bought this one at the winery, too.

Tempranillo is also Spanish grape variety.

Temoranillo wine used to be dark and full-bodied but some of them become a cool and elegant wine recently.

It is the one of them. It is a very elegant red wine.

I felt pure fruits, natural acidity and elegant tannins.

I also felt the grape character aroma and good mature nuance.

It is so tasty and very good for Wagyu steak today.
