The main dish was Curry Rice, which was cooked by daimajo-sama five days ago.
The curry showed a very good mature.
1st Cescon Ribolla Gialla 2018 1,000 yen + tax
It was the new standard wine at my home.
I like this very good balance between excellent fruits and solid minerals.
I also like this very good acidity.
Tasty!
2nd Cescon Raboso 2018 1,000 + tax
I like elegant fruits and light mouthfeels.
I felt some unique flavor like an old-local traditional wine.
I didn’t feel any additive smell and taste.
Very good!
