It was a day-off.

I weeded my garden and pruned the garden tree for 3 hours in the morning.

 

 

I was so tired.

 

Then I cooked dinner.

1st Palazzi Durello Spumante NV 1,080 yen  New Arrivals

This new arrival wine is made from 100% Durello, which is a local grape variety in Veneto Italy.

It is the cheapest sparkling wine in Cave de Relax.

However, the quality is very high.

I felt elegant babbles, fresh aroma, rich fruits and good acidity.

The sparkling wine made from Durello is getting popular in Italy now.

I think this one has a very high cost performance.

 

 

2nd Rubaiyat Koshu Kamoshi 2018 2,270 yen

I chose this “Orange Wine” for the steak instead of a red wine.

Because the deep maceration of Koshu made a rich body and good tannin, it was very good for steak today.

I cooked the wine sauce by using many blackberry jam.

The sauce fruits taste was very good for this fruity wine, too.

“Good job! Chef!”
