As it’s Valentine’s Day today, I opened a bottle of Champagne.
It is made from Chardonnay, Pinot Meunier and Pinot Noir grown in Cru Berru, where is located north-east of Reims.
I felt a very nice green apple, very rich fruits and very elegant small babbles.
What a nice Champagne is this!

2nd Kusunoki Winery Passage Rouge 2013
Kusunoki Winery is a small-premium winery in Nagano.
I bought this at some wine shop in Nagano.
It is made from Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Cabernet Franc.
It is not a big style wine but is very well balanced.
I felt good a mature nuance and elegant fruits.
It is a very fine Japanese red wine.
I love Kusunoki Wine!
