I cooked dinner, too.
It was Temaki-Sushi.
I got a fine live crab and boiled it.
I managed to husk the craab shells.
Delicious!!
1st Fujicco Winery Koshu Shinonome Sur Lie 2015
It was my private fine wine stock.
I love the very clean fruits, citrus and minerals.
I think it is a very good sample for every Koshu wine producer.
I think it is top class Koshu wine.
Tasty! Tasty!

2nd Kizan Selection Merlot 2016 2250 yen
It is my fine wine stock, too.
At first, I felt some reductive smell.
After the smell disappeared soon, a very big fruits came up.
The all of the tastes made a super fine harmony, which were acidity, tannin, red fruits, black fruits, etc.
It is one of the top class Merlot wines in Japan, I think.
Then the price is a kind of joking.
Too cheap!
