It was a day-off.
I went to my favorite fish market in the morning.
Then I weeded my garden for 2 hours 30 minutes.
Then I cooked dinner, Temaki-Sushi.
It was the first time I had cooked Temaki-Sushi in these 34 days.
Very good!
1st Lous Moreau Chablis 2016 2400 yen
It was a very clean style Chablis.
I felt very clear fruits and very fine minerals.
It was very good for Temaki-Sushi today.
I am sure again the fine Chablis is very tasty.
2nd Roche de Bellene Bourgogne Pinot Noir V.V. 2016 2500 yen
The Bourgogne today is so fine.
I felt very rich aroma, dense-concentrated red berries and fine minerals.
I also felt very elegant tannins.
So tasty!
Does the old vines make wine so fine?
Fine Bourgogne makes us be very happy!
