2009 Sample tasting
It is the upper class Cremant of Alpha Loire that I drank on 1st March.
It is made from 100% Chenin Blanc.
It's delicious. It's tasty.
I like this creamy babbles, elegant acidity and fine minerals very much.
Even though the babbles is strong, I don't feel any pressure because they are so dainty.
I think it is far better than some ordinary Champagne.

I was sure again it was a really fine Burgundy Pinot Noir.
I felt elegant aroma, rich fruits and comfortable finish.
I really enjoyed this fine Pinot Noir tonight.
