Oh! January will soon go by.

Because I lost one week by the flu, I felt it was a very short month.

I suppose February will soon go by, too.

 

 

 

1st Rubaiyat Koshu Sur Lie 2016 1860 yen

It is a very clean style Koshu.

It has also very fine fruits and citrus.

I always admire the wine making of Koshu in this winery when I taste.

Very good!

 

 

2nd Rubaiyat Muscat Bailey-A Barrel Aged 2016 2160 yen

This Bailey-A is very clean and natural, too.

I didn’t feel any bad taste on my palate.

I felt very charming red berries, fine tannin and good acidity.

I am sure again Rubaiyat Winery always produce nice Bailey-A.
