1st Domaine Sogga Vignes Francaises Blanc Murasaki Numero Six Milieu, Bas 2016 3150 yen
It is made from Sauvignon Blanc, Alvarinho and Chardonnay grown in the estate vineyard by organic method.
All of the vines are ungrafted.
It is a very mystery wine.
It is very light, delicate and complex.
I wanted to look for the taste to the deep inside in the glass.
While I tasted, I felt as if I was in meditation.
Well, it is truly tasty but I cannot explain how tasty.
Ummm….
2nd Domaine Sauger Cheverny Rouge V.V. 2014
I was given this Loire red from my friend.
I have ever tasted many Cheverny white wine but it was first time I had tasted a red wine.
The back label said it was made from Pinot Noir, Gamey and Malbec.
I felt some similar nuance to fine Burgundy “BIO” rouge.
There were a lot of charming-natural red berries.
So tasty!
