It is new arrivals from Marche Italy.
Accidently, my friend doctor gave me sample bottles because he had some relationship with the winery.
I was surprised at the high quality of them.
Then I had a contact to the winery.
Andrea, who is the owner, learned Karate for a long time since his young day and have “Shodan” title.
His Karate teacher was named Mr. NAITO as same name as me.
I felt we were linked by fate and I decided to import his wine directly.
Anyway, it is made from 100% Albanella, a local grape variety in Marche, grown by organic method in the estate vineyards.
I felt flowery aroma, charming acidity, natural fruits and comfortable minerals.
It was so tasty.
I was sure it was a very unique and outstanding white wine.
2nd Tenuta Carlini Pianeta Rosso 2016 2160 yen New Arrivals
The red is made from 70% Sangiovese and 30% Montepulciano grown by organic method in the estate vineyards.
I felt dense fruits, silky tannin, natural acidity and fine after taste.
The alcohol degree is only 12%.
I felt a something similar nuance to Burgundy red.
It is a really cool and elegant style.
I am very happy to meet such excellent wines.
