It is made in Minervois in Languedoc.
The vintage has changed to 2016.
The new vintage is also very good.
I felt a very fresh aroma, natural-rich fruits, very fine citrus and comfortable minerals.
It is a really clean and clear white wine.
It was very good for sashimi today.
2nd Domaine d’Albas Minervois Rouge 2014 1500 yen
The red is also made in Minervois.
I felt big volume fruits, silky tannin, fine black acidity and long after taste.
It is a very fine red wine.
Because it was a hot night, I tasted this with chilly temperature.
It was so tasty, very good for the seafood today.
