I took Yolanda & Toni, who are the owner of Oriol Rossell in Penedes, to YWC and tried tasting Japan Wine.
We tasted Rubaiyat Koshu and Obuse Merlot.
Toni has already known the high quality of Koshu because he visited to wineries in Yamanashi before.
But the Japanese fine Merlot tasting was the first time for him.
He amazed its very high quality.
Then we moved to Toranomon shop and held a Oriol Rossell wine seminar for the staff of us.
All of us deals Oriol Rossell every day.
However, it was a very different thing that hearing owner’s talk and tasting their wines.
We were strongly sure again the outstanding quality of Oriol Rossell.
Hitomi-san cooked dinner for us.
His cooking was very smart.
I remembered he had a professional cook lisence.
We had a really nice opportunity of study and party.
