I organized a wine seminar for survice staff of some very fine restaurant.
I talked about Yamanashi & Nagano wine and led the tasting.
Very good job!
After I went back home,
1st Domaine Pech Pouille Blanc 2016 1080 yen
I received the new vintage of this Minervois white wine.
The bottle has changed from colored to crystal.
Well… It’s very tasty.
I felt very natural and pure fruits.
I also felt nice minerals and sharp after taste.
I love Minervois white wine, too.
2nd Domaine Pech Pouille Rouge 2016 1080 yen
The red has changed to the new vintage,too.
It is not AOC wine but made in Minervois.
It is the typical style of Minervois.
I felt dense fruits, mild tannin and very elegant taste.
I think the quality is outstanding in this price range.
I love Minervois!
