It is made from 100% Chenin Blanc grown in West Cape, South Africa.
I like this elegant babbles, rich fruits and fine acidity.
I was sure again that it’s a so fine sparkling wine.

It’s a sample bottle that Francois, the owner of the winery, brought for me last month.
It is the top cuvee of the winery made from 100% Merlot.
It has been released after long maturation in his cellar.
The bottle showed his passion very much.

I love this dense fruits, silky tannin, the essence of fine grapes and comfortable-long after taste.
