1st Obuse Winery Sogga Pere & Fils Ordinaire Sauvignon Blanc 2015
It is made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc grown in Kakuto Vineyards in Takayama Nagano.
I felt fresh aroma, rich fruits, fine citrus and comfortable minerals.
I think it is one of the top class Sauvignon Blanc wines in Japan.
The winery doesn’t allow to show their price on internet.
If you find the retail price, you must be surprised a lot, I think.
It is ultra-super reasonable.
2nd Obuse Winery Pinot Noir Clairet Vigne Sans Chimet 2013
It is a really nice wine.
I like this very much.
It is not a concentrated wine, very light touch Pinot Noir.
I don’t recommend you bring this to a wine connoisseur’s blind tasting wine party.
I think it is difficult to find the goodness of this Pinot Noir by only one glass.
I want to taste this slowly by a big glass with a few people.
Then you can find how elegant, how charming this is.
I enjoyed this Pinot Noir with Temaki-Sushi very, very much!
