I organized a wine seminar for the staff of Restaurant SKY, which is the main dining of Mitsui Garden Hotel Ginza Premier.
We can see a beautiful view from the restaurant.
I had a many participants, not only service staff but also cooking staff.
I talked about Bordeaux wine and Burgundy wine.
After the talk, I also led a wine tasting.
We tasted 6 glasses of French wine.
Accidently, I found a bottle of corky damage.
It was a good education for young staff.
