I went to Jindaiji Temple.

I prayed our good business in this most important season.

I had a very nice soba lunch, a very popular local food there.

After I came back home, I cooked dinner.

 

Sashimi, Steamed Clam, Green Salad.

1st  Domaine Pech Pouille Blanc 2015  1080 yen

Recently, I often tasted the Languedoc wine from the winery at home.

It is made from Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay.

I like this very clean gruits and cool minerals.

Tasty!

It was very good for sashimi tonight.

 

 

2nd Domaine Pech Pouille Rouge 2015 1080 yen

The red is made from Carignan, Grenache, Merlot and Cinsault grown in Minervois, Languedoc.

I like this fine black berries and silky tannin, which is a typical style of fine Minervois red.

It is so deep and elegant.

I think the price is amazingly reasonable.

It was very good for sanma tonight.
