1st Chateau de Crain Entre-Deux-Mers 2015 Sample tasting

I was surprised at tasting this Bordeaux white sample wine.

“Petit Chateau” in Bordeaux is so, so wine, I thought.

However, it is a wonderful white wine.

The technical sheet says it is made from old vine, average age 55 years, of Sauvignon Blanc, Sauvignon Gris, Semillon and Muscadelle.

It has very dense fruits, deep “finesse” and comfortable minerals.

I felt the taste that only very expensive wine had.

I think it is the best Entre-Deux-Mers I have ever tasted.

I must reconfirm the price of this.

I might hear some mistaken offer.

2nd Chateau de Crain Bordeaux Rouge 2015 Sample tasting

Hmmm…..

The red is also fantastic!

The technical says it is made from Merlot 80%, Cabernet Sauvignon 5%, Cabernet Franc 5% and Malbec 15%.

It’s strange.

Total grape variety becomes 105%.

The technical is strange but the taste is outstanding.

I felt fresh-elegant aroma, well-concentrated black berries, dense-silky tannin and far comfortable after taste.

I felt the taste that only very expensive wine had, too.

I must reconfirm the price of this.

I might hear some mistaken offer.
