I cooked dinner, Temaki-sushi.
I got very good fishes today.
There are no sea-farm fishes nor frozen fishes.
Very good!
1st La Croix Gratiot Picpour de Pinet 2015 1280 yen
I tasted this the day before yesterday.
I want to taste again this with Temaki-sushi.
It was an awfully great marriage.
Super delicious!
2nd Domaine Marc Morrey Bourgogne Blanc 2013
It’s my private stock.
It is a far outstanding AOC Bourgogne.
I was sure it is far better than ordinary Chassagne-Montrachet.
3rd Domaine A.-F. Gros Bourgogne Pinot Noir 2010
