A large amount of cedar pollen is flying in.
The sash on the veranda is also full of pollen.
The weather was nice, but I stopped drying the futon.

Roasted Chicken with herbs and Potato Gratin
I tried to imitate the grilled rape flowers after seeing the blog of my wife’s friend, illustrator “Misako Nakagawa”.
Just bake in olive oil in a frying pan. Don’t turn it over halfway through, and leave it until it browns.
I was surprised at how delicious it was.
It’s easy, and I’ll cook it again.

Belles du Sud Chardonnay 2023
This is my usual Languedoc Chardonnay.
The pure taste with no intrusive taste will make you never get tired of drinking it every day.
It was perfect for grilling rape blossoms.
It has a voluminous white wine, so it went well with roast chicken.
