As a person involved in trading work, I am very worried.
Today, I cooked Kenchin-soup.
It takes a lot of time and effort to boil the taro and radish, remove the burdock, and put the dried shiitake mushrooms back in water, and prepare each ingredient.
However, it is delicious with plenty of vegetables, and once you make it, it will last for a while, so it is useful.

Marinated Firefly-squid and Strawberry Salad
Grilled Red Snapper and Shrimp with Mashed Potatoes
Only two dishes today. I cooked it crisply while heating the Kenchin-soup.

At the beginning of the month, I was busy with paper work, distracted by the world situation, the Kenchin-soup was time-consuming, it was troublesome to choose wine, and I opened Marquis de Beau Rond Sauvignon Blanc.
