Today, I cooked Kenchin-soup.

It takes a lot of time and effort to boil the taro and radish, remove the burdock, and put the dried shiitake mushrooms back in water, and prepare each ingredient.

However, it is delicious with plenty of vegetables, and once you make it, it will last for a while, so it is useful.
