Even though it was the last day, it was still February.

However, this sweaty warmth is creepy.

During the day, I wear short sleeves and shorts, wash sheets and duvet covers, and dry futons.

Still, I sweated a little.

Marquis de Beau Rond Merlot 2023 1,280 yen

First, I drank a little Belles du Sud Chardonnay used for steaming salmon in wine, and then

I drank Marquis de Beau Rond ‘s Merlot, which I used to stew chicken liver.

In a sip, it is a really well-balanced red wine.

The fruitiness, acidity, astringency, and mouthfeel are all very good.

I think it’s a very satisfying wine.
