I cooked dinner, Temaki-Sushi.
I went to a new fish market and got very nice & fresh fishes today.
The market is just a bit far from my home but I probably visit there again.

What a nice white wine is this!
The winery is located near Mediterranean Sea.
I was sure again this white wine was very good for seafood included sushi.
Especially, it was very, very good for a big oysters today.
I heard that the area near the winery is well-known as farmed oysters.
I see!

The mane of wine is cherry.
I see!
I felt a lot of charming red berries.
Even it is a dry red wine, I felt a very fine sweetness.
Generally speaking, it is good for meat dishes.
It may be good for fruits or sweet desert, too.
However, I like drink it with sushi, as well.
Very, very, very good!
