It is a sustainable wine from Languedoc-Minervois.
It is made from mainly Sauvignon Blanc and blended with 10% Chardonnay.
I felt elegant mouthfeel, citrus refreshing acidity, and crisp minerality.
After 4 years of aging, the taste has developed a volume.
The flavor of fresh fruit is also alive and well.
This is delicious after all.
